    • Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong product.

Please note that returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

We offer two options for refunds:

  1. Full Refund: If you wish to receive a refund, it will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  2. Instant Exchange: If you prefer to purchase another product, you can buy it immediately using the refund value. Simply mention your preference in the return request email.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
