At VGOD Dubai, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery across the UAE. We aim to deliver your orders swiftly, ensuring you receive your products in optimal condition.

1. Delivery Timelines

We deliver within 3 to 12 hours across the UAE.
For same-day delivery, please follow the specific cut-off times below:
- Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), and Al Ain:
  - Place your order before 1:00 PM to receive it the same day.
  - Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah:
  - Place your order before 9:00 PM for same-day delivery.
  - Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

2. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with an estimated delivery time.
Our delivery team will contact you to coordinate the exact time and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

3. Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges may apply based on your location. Any applicable delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Missed Deliveries

In case you are unavailable to receive the order, please inform our delivery team in advance to reschedule.
If a delivery attempt fails, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery time for the next available slot.
